Dylan Hofmann works at Christ Fellowship Church in West Palm Beach, FL as the Dream Team Specialist, developing processes and systems to better onboard, train, and equip volunteers across all campus locations. He has been involved in Church Production since the days of analog consoles and “Easy Worship” back in elementary school. He has a passion for helping church production staff and volunteers grow into their God given potential. Outside of work he loves playing tennis, reading, making music, and spending time with his wife, Meghan.
