Joanne has been on the FILO Team since the beginning and absolutely loves playing a part in serving technical artists thru the FILO Conference and whatever else the FILO Team cooks up! Prior to retiring in 2025, she served as the Arts and Worship Director at Willow Creek’s South Barrington campus and the Service/Broadcast Director on Willow’s Central Arts Team. She started out as a volunteer stagehand at Willow almost 40 years ago and was on staff for close to 25 years. Now, when Joanne isn’t busy enjoying the Northwoods of Wisconsin, she’s a freelance stage manager/talent wrangler and accountant!
