Creating spaces for people to connect has always been a driver for Jill to gather a variety of experiences both vocationally and personally. Having the opportunity to study music in college and work at dynamic churches such as Willow Creek and Eastside, Jill has been able to design auditoriums, produce conferences, and – in the last seven years – launch five campuses deriving from mergers. Priorities for Jill are watching her daughter play sports and lead worship, hiking with her son, eating sushi, going to the beach, and reliving her farm upbringing by working in the yard.
