Biscuit Ratliff is a worship leader/drummer turned tech director. You can typically find him programming and running graphics, lights, and audio for the main campus services at The Crossing, a multi-site church based out of Quincy, IL. Biscuit also manages the worship team’s resources through PCO, Ableton, and Multitracks. He has been working at The Crossing for the last 13 years in various roles. He loves music, desires excellence, has a passion for details, and loves to learn! Biscuit’s heart is between the stage and the tech booth, relying on his music experience and passion to strengthen his technical work and creativity.
