Madison has worked in production at the Vineyard in Columbus, Ohio for over 12 years, just recently shifting to Project Management for the same church. In her production role, she was responsible for volunteer recruitment and management, asset management, setting up for and running every visual position on Sundays for five campuses (directing, producing, lyrics, stationary cameras, mobile cameras, lighting), working with contractors, and taking care of all non-Sunday events (funerals, weddings, classes, conferences – you name it). Her heart is for emotionally and mentally healthy teams and volunteers.
