Lara serves as the Production Director for Church Unlimited’s Broadcast Campus where she is responsible for the in-room experience, lighting design, camera shots, and video direction. She has over 10 years of experience in lighting design for live and broadcast events, volunteer recruitment & training, and event management. Lara is passionate about equipping and developing individuals’ God-given creativity and building teams who work hard and have fun together.
