Barry Carpenter is a seasoned professional in audio, video, lighting, and design. His career began as a volunteer for several ministries, which led to a decade-long tenure as Production Director for a church in Louisiana, and has since evolved into leadership roles that blend technical expertise with creative vision. Now, as Business Development Manager at THOR: AV, Barry builds strategic partnerships, mentors and educates, and champions innovation. Outside of work, Barry enjoys disc golf, great food, and travel/van life with his wife and two daughters.
