Barry Carpenter is a seasoned professional in audio, video, lighting, and design. His career began as a volunteer serving several ministries, included a decade-long tenure as Production Director for a church, and has since evolved into leadership roles that blend technical expertise with creative vision. Now, as Business Development Manager at THOR: AV, Barry builds strategic partnerships, mentors and educates teams, and champions innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, great food, and travel/van life with his wife and two daughters.
