Wes has served on a church media team as a volunteer or staff member for over 30 years. In 2000, Wes became the Media Pastor at Lake Pointe Church in the Dallas area where he worked with hundreds of media volunteers to produce 20+ live worship services each weekend at various campuses in the Dallas area and on the Internet. Wes is relentless about building a team of volunteers who can serve in their areas of passion, with repeatable excellence, without getting burned out in the process.
