James has been a tech leader for churches for over 14 years, currently leading teams at Eastside, a multisite church broadcasting from Anaheim, CA. He desires to create distraction-free experiences with a passion for the local church and building strong relationships with staff/volunteer teams with sustainable processes for healthy team culture. James brings with him a fresh pastoral voice for production teams, as he desires to see leaders from all sizes of churches grow and expand their gifting. His influences also touch The Spire Network, the Global Leadership Summit, and ARC West Coast.
