Bio
Matt loves people and the church! He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations discover their purpose from God and walk toward that vision. After working in the marketplace, Matt began vocational ministry in church leadership and worship with a natural focus to help ‘aim’ churches through strategic planning. Most recently, Matt served as Executive Pastor at Willow Creek Community Church. Prior to his role as XP, he launched and lead Willow Creek’s South Lake Campus, and served in both Executive Leadership and Worship roles. He currently enjoys coaching churches and leaders.
