Scot is the Lead Pastor of Maryland Community Church (consistently named by Outreach Magazine as one of the fastest growing churches in the US). Scot is co-co-lead of the WLP Coaching Network, co-host of the Worship Leader Probs Podcast, speaker, author, radio host, and Exec Director for the Experience Conference. Scot and his wife Stephanie live in Indiana. He has an irrational fear of needles and is exceptionally terrible at video games.
