Joey Harris is the Multisite Technical Director for The Crossing, a non-denominational multisite church with eleven locations in three states focusing on communities of 50,000 or less. Beginning as the tech director of the first multisite location, twelve years later, he leads the entire production ministry. He has built both volunteer and staff teams, overhauled all aspects of production and staff structure, and established the online presence of The Crossing to better serve the ten thousand square miles that The Crossing currently serves. He and his wife, Erila, have a son, Alex.
