Join a collection of worship leaders from different parts of the country as they discuss the lessons they’ve learned from leading through a pandemic, how to manage the pressure to perform and the importance of caring for their tech team.
Do you and your team write worship songs and wish you knew how to get them beyond the walls of the writing room? This session will cover not just why it is important for your church to write and release worship music but how to get started. From weekly rhythms to publishing, distribution, and marketing – Stephen will give you the playbook to begin the process of sharing the sound of your church.
Worship leaders and ech people think very differently from each other. We care about different aspects of the same service. While it might seem like we’re alwasy butting heads, we need each other to help create spaces for people to have an opportunity to experience God.
While not every leader at the church carries the title of pastor, each of us plays a part in connecting those at our church with the Lord. In this session, you’ll learn how God can use every aspect of our work to pastor people into a deeper relationship with the Lord. We’ll look through examples using social media, stage design, online church services, and even minecraft to find ways to proclaim the gospel. When we think about our work as pastoral, we’ll find ourselves more creative!
