Dennis is an Executive Coach, Conference Speaker, and the Creative Arts Pastor at Skyline Church in San Diego. He has a strong passion for helping churches build healthy teams to better the kingdom. He was the Global Production Pastor at Saddleback Church for 4 years and the Executive Pastor at North Coast Church for 25 years. He has developed multiple teams, departments, and staff and is committed to furthering the reach of churches for the gospel. He lives in Oceanside with his wife Michelle and 3 kids.
