Tracy Stingley

Tracy Stingley

Music Director, Willow Creek Community Church

Bio

Raised in Englewood (Chicago), Tracy has defied the odds and traveled the world doing exactly what his mother prayed for him to do while she was pregnant with him. When Regina Stingley, Tracy’s mother, found out she was pregnant (after already having two girls prior to Tracy), she prayed for him to be her “son” and “musician”. She even denied the doctor’s suggestions to terminate her pregnancy once they discovered tumors growing along with her child. Yet she insisted that he would be her son and her musician.

30 years later, he has traveled all across America, Germany, Sweden, and other parts of Europe playing for various organizations, conferences and artists.

Tracy currently serves as the Music Director of Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. He also volunteers at his home church, Greater Harvest Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago. Tracy regularly volunteers at Cook County Jail and other community outreach events.

Tracy is “Sr” to his wife, Natrice, and “Daddy” to Jaden, Tracy [Jr], Tanaiya, Mikiya, Tristan and Trent. Most importantly, he is “son” & “servant” to God.
