StreamDeck: Buttons for Productivity

What started as a Gamer’s macro box has turned into a game changer for church production teams. We’ll dive in quickly to the options Elgato has to offer in the Stream Deck product lineup, and then turn our attention not only to its native integration tool, but also to the Bitfocus Companion enabler. We’ll look at some very creative use cases, set up a Stream Deck to control some gear and have time to let you share your most creative configurations.

Tech Ministry Operations

The world of technology can be unpredictable, so how do we effectively steward our resources in a constantly changing environment? In this session, learn some best practices regarding asset management, preventative maintenance, and budgets to ensure that you’re making wise decisions about maintaining and purchasing your gear. Come prepared to engage in some open discussion about how to apply these concepts to your situation.

Managing Projects, Large and Small

No matter the size of your church, managing the details of major projects can be overwhelming. Clear communication, creating timelines, managing deadlines, and working with integrators are just some of the challenges to which we need to find answers. Listen to and learn from sage advice on best practices for tackling projects of any size.

BREAKOUT D

WEDNESDAY, 2:00PM – 3:15PM

Wireless and RF Management

In a world where most of our tech is trying to go wireless, how do we manage the invisible space full of radio frequencies and data? Whether our wireless spectrum includes just wifi, microphones, and IEMs, or even if it ranges to intercom and assisted listening devices, RF management has become a critical tool used by production teams to operate effectively. This class will explore all of the factors we need to consider when managing our wireless and RF signals to ensure our environments are configured and operating as optimally as possible.
