Joanne serves as the Arts and Worship Director at Willow Creek’s South Barrington campus. She started out as a volunteer stagehand at Willow over 35 years ago and joined the staff team about 23 years ago! She’s been part of the FILO Team since the beginning and absolutely loves playing a part in serving technical artists thru the FILO Conference and whatever else the FILO Team cooks up! When she’s not working she loves hanging out in her backyard, or better yet, the northwoods of Wisconsin with her family and her adorable pup.
