Nate is passionate about building and leading dynamic technical teams, utilizing innovative gear, and developing effective work processes. He brings a collaborative leadership approach to managing teams, empowering individuals to grow, take ownership, and work together toward a shared vision. He works as the Warehouse Manager for Signature Production Group. He previously served as a Production Director with Mission Church, Project Manager with Amplio Systems, Video Systems Engineer with Willow Creek Community Church, and Technical Director with Willow Creek Huntley. He and his wife Suzanne have two amazing sons. As a family they enjoy fun vacations and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.
