Even at an early age, Wes was drawn to First-in/Last-out professions. He has spent time working in church production as a staff member and volunteer. He has also worked as an athletic trainer in the sports medicine field. No matter the field of work Wes is energized in creating space where community thrives. When not working, Wes enjoys smoking meats on his Traeger and spending time with his wife and four children.
