Ashley is a full-time ministry partner and Worship Director with Journey of Faith Church, a multi-site church in the South Bay of Southern California. Her role oversees centrally distributed teams, bands, volunteers, and paid contractors in collaboration with the Production Director for all campus and venue worship experiences. Over the last eight years, Journey of Faith has experienced significant organizational change, during which Ashley has worked alongside the Executive Board and senior pastoral staff to help bridge the gap between frontline teams and leadership decision-making.
