Dennis is an Executive Coach, Conference Speaker, and now the General Manager of Design and Project Management at HouseRight. He has a strong passion for helping churches build healthy teams to better the kingdom. He was the Executive of Creative Arts Pastor for Skyline Church, and was the Global Production Pastor at Saddleback Church for 4 years, and the Executive Pastor at North Coast Church for 25 years. He has developed multiple teams, departments, and staff and is committed to furthering the reach of churches for the gospel. He lives in Oceanside with his wife Michelle and 3 kids.
