John pastors the worship ministries at Saddleback Church. He has given pastoral and directional leadership to the platform and production ministries at Saddleback since 2012. With a particular passion for developing leaders and empowering teams, John has great hope in what God is doing in and through the Local Church globally. Along with his wife and three sons, John also enjoys exploring the National Parks and creating with Legos.
