In that time, she has worked with several emerging leaders to help them develop their leadership skills. Nicole serves on staff at Christ Community Church in St. Charles, IL., as their Creative Arts Pastor. She is also the founder and CEO of The Creative Level, a leadership development company, and the creator and host of The Creative Level Leadership Podcast.
