Rick brings decades of production experience to the WAVE team. After working in network consulting, he transitioned into Technical Director roles at leading megachurches, including Seacoast Church. Rick then joined WAVE to lead the Engineering Team and now serves as Vice President of Design, working closely with clients to design AVLA systems that balance functional needs with budgetary constraints.
