Bio
Robbie is the Worship and Music director at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati Ohio and the founder of The Creative Inventory. He’s spent the last 20 years cutting through creative frustration to find the unique value locked within teams for the “create-on-demand” culture. Robbie’s career has been spent both inside and outside the church creating compelling experiences for large organizations and their customers spanning from Procter and Gamble to Luxottica. He likes skateboarding and camping. He also likes skateboarding and camping with his family and friends.
