FILO exists to provide skill development, community and inspiration to local church technical artists all around the world. Our goal is to help them become more effective so their churches are more effective.
The FILO 2026 Conference will welcome over 2,500 people In-person and on the Live Stream. The only way an event of this size is made possible, is by a large group of people serving as the FILO crew! With FILO continuing to grow, we need your help to equip and encourage thousands of church technical artists around the world.

Each FILO Crew Member is responsible for covering their own travel expenses, to include flights, mileage, hotel. and transportation. Check out the 2026 event webpage for discounted hotel options.
Nope! Once your application is processed we will send you a volunteer code to register for free.
Your meals will depend on your schedule. Any time that your serving time overlaps with a meal time, you will be provided with a meal. This will be communicated during the finalization of your serving schedule.
Your availability to participate in FILO 2026 will vary depending on what team you are on. If you have a desire to attend certain sessions or classes, please let us know in the “availability” portion of your application.
Each crew member will receive a blue tshirt to wear upon arrival. Comfortable shoes are also highly recommended.
Crew members must be in high school or older to be able to serve.
This season, we’ll send short, soul-filling encouragements to help you pause, breathe, and refocus on the One this is all about. You’re doing holy work, but you’re not meant to do it on empty. Let this be your reminder to slow down and spend a few quiet moments with Jesus. You need it—and you deserve it.
