Alec Rees is a pastor at Central Church, where he oversees Creative Ministries including Worship, Production, Communications, Marketing, and Guest Experience. He leads teams to think deeply about the end user and to design environments that remove distractions and amplify the church’s mission. Alec serves both his local campus and 15 additional churches within his broader church family across the country. He is also a husband and dad who cares deeply about building healthy teams and culture.
