Dylan is the Dream Team Specialist at Christ Fellowship Church in West Palm Beach, FL, where he is responsible for developing systems and processes that improve volunteer onboarding, training, and equipping across all campus locations. In addition to his role as Dream Team Specialist, Dylan also serves as the Production Manager at the Port Saint Lucie campus. He is passionate about helping church production staff and volunteers reach their full potential. Dylan is currently pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, traveling, and visiting Disney with his wife, Meghan.
